The most beautiful city in the world from 2021 has been defiled.

An unknown vandal is to blame for this, who once again demonstrated his painting skills on the Charles Bridge in Prague. He now faces up to three years in prison for his two-meter graffiti! Charles Bridge is a monument, not a canvas! How many more times do the police have to repeat this?

This is probably what the law enforcement officers say to themselves every time they report another damage to the oldest standing bridge over the Vltava River. Most recently, the police are looking for an unknown vandal who sprayed the Charles Bridge with two-meter graffiti on the night from Wednesday to Thursday. “If caught, the perpetrator faces up to three years’ imprisonment for the crime of damaging another’s property,” police spokeswoman Violeta Siřišťová told Denik.cz.

The technical services of TSK in Prague had to take care of the removal of this “work” on Thursday afternoon. However, according to TSK spokeswoman Barboba Lišková, the black remains of paint left on the bridge still have to be removed. “This must be done carefully so as not to damage the stone,” Lišková added.
