Barbadian singer Rihanna (34) has signed a contract worth tens of millions of dollars for a documentary to be made by Apple TV about her comeback to the music scene, and especially about the preparations for her Super Bowl halftime performance.
It should take place next year on February 12. “People crave everything Rihanna, especially when it’s her big comeback after years. It will be filmed during rehearsals and meetings before the big night and viewers will also be able to see behind the scenes what her private life is like when she returns to the stage as a mother.” The Sun newspaper quotes a source close to the singer.
“Rihanna is a huge force to be reckoned with when it comes to music and stuff Apple paid millions. The Super Bowl is one of the biggest events in the world, if not the biggest, as its show has always been huge. Plus, it’s a live comeback and the pressure is huge. She wants the world to remember why she is one of the greatest artists of all time.” the source added.
One of the largest sports events in the USA will be held at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, with a capacity of 63,000 spectators.
